Add these items to bathroom to give it a 'luxurious hotel vibe'

Many would agree that one of the best feelings in the world is staying in a luxurious hotel. From the amenities to the luxurious decor, it's easy to see why people long for a getaway from time to time.

If you want to incorporate that feeling into your home, one woman has shared the simple things she did to spruce up her bathroom to feel like a luxurious hotel, without having to go through big renovations.

Cat, known online as 'thaatgirlcarlie', is a lifestyle influencer with over 510,000 on her TikTok account where she's known for posting videos all about her life, from motherhood to home renovations.

In one video, Cat shared the different things she'd added to her bathroom in order to make it feel like it belongs in a luxurious hotel.

“How to make your bathroom feel more a luxurious hotel," she wrote at the start of her video before she jumped into her list.

Showing her white, modern bathroom, the first thing Cat shared was her collection of white towels, which has been rolled to be ready to grab and used as they were stored in an open shelf inbetween the two sinks.

She then went on to open one of the drawers in the cabinet, which revealed more towels. However, these were bath towel mats which has been neatly rolled and placed in rows, as Cat went on to share that keeping her drawer organised were another thing on her list to get the luxurious feeling. She also had a container of smaller hand towels rolled up and were ready to be used by the sink.

The next thing on her list was one-use facial towels, which Cat had stored in a clear container on the sink counter, as well as a white container of tissues, placed in a modern white box. Also on the counter was a vase of tulips, as she urged people to keep vases and florals in the bathroom as well.

As for the products, Cat said that 'aesthetic containers' were the key for a luxurious bathroom. Cat herself had opted for matching white containers of shampoo, body wash, and handwash that were displayed on a shelf by the window.

If you want to add even more luxury to your shower routine, Cat shared that getting a towel warmer was the way to do it. Just place your towel in it before pressing the on button, and you'll have a warm towel to use when you get out. Or you could hang it on your towel rack, which was the next thing on her list of bathroom must-haves.

The final item on her list was to get a diffuser, specifically an Aroma 360 diffuser which she claimed gave the room a hotel aroma scent.

Several people took to the comments to praise Cat for her tips, with one person commenting: "This is what I aspire to be. Hotel vibes only."

"It's actually very good," a second person wrote, while a third said they were 'obsessed' with the room.

However, some also found some items unnecessary, as one person shared: "Just heat up you’re towel in the dryer for a few seconds no need to spend money on an expensive towel warmer."

"But like where do you store your plunger/ toliet brush," another person asked, while someone else probed: "Where do you store toothbrush etc?"
