Oodies' cooling blanket range is one of the newest releases from the brand known for its wearable blankets and soft accessories. With an array of colours and prints, including the bold leopard print, soothing dusty blue waves, eye-catching bright pink check, and gentle lilac pastel waves, these single—and queen-sized blankets start at £99.

Manchester Evening News reports that Oodie claims one of these blankets will make you feel two to five degrees cooler than your natural body temperature. They are designed using special cooling fibres engineered to absorb and dissipate body heat – great for the current heatwave.

The Oodie Cooling Blankets boast a "cool to the touch" sensation, but are still as soft as the rest of the Oodie range of blankets. These blankets aren't just for home use; they're also perfect for bringing along on camping trips or seaside staycations.

Trustpilot reviews rave about the Oodie Cooling Blanket, with satisfied customers lauding its effectiveness. One delighted buyer shared: "The new cooling blanket is absolutely amazing. The material is so soft and cool to the touch. It's perfect for a hot night. You still have the feeling of a blanket, but it keeps you cool."

However, one customer wasn't very happy with the size of the blanket. They said: "The Oodie cooling blanket is also very comforting. I bought a single and then a Queen size. My only criticism is that they are smaller than expected."

Another more positive review said: "After suffering with menopause for six years, to finally find an item of clothing that is cooling and comfortable is a lifesaver. Just helps so much."

For an alternative, Silentnight offers its own Restore Cooling Throw, touting it light and versatile for home comfort; there's even a £10 discount, sweetening the deal to a modest £35.

Simba also has its own cooling Hybrid Duvet, which claims to keep you hot in winter and cold in summer. When our Shopping Editor Aimee Robinson reviewed th £139 duvet, she gave it 4.5 out of five stars. You can read her review in full here.
