The summer transfer window is ramping up as clubs across England and Europe pursue big-money deals. Tottenham are making major statements ahead of their Champions League bid next season, and after announcing the £55million signing of Mohamed Kudus, they are on the verge of sealing a deal for Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White.
