The Royal Family's naming practice can be a bit of a mouthful to process with multiple middle names and long titles. Although some members have been given names that span generations before then such as Prince William's eldest son George - whose name was previously used by royals such as King George V and George VI.

Other members such as Princess Charlotte and Princess Lilibet - the young daughters of Prince William and Prince Harry - were given the middle name of 'Diana' as a sweet tribute to their paternal grandmother.

Princess Alexandra, who is the only daughter of the Duke of Kent and Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark, was given four middle names, with the third being rather unexpected - Olga.
