This year's French Open is just around the corner and the likes of Emma Raducanu and Novak Djokovic will discover their routes to the final later today. The qualifiers have been taking place throughout the week ahead of the main draw action starting on Sunday. It is shaping up to be a highly competitive affair with no shortage of title contenders in the men's and women's events.

Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner are the favourites to win at Roland Garros, but any slip-ups will give hope to their closest challengers. Djokovic heads into the tournament as an underdog, given his struggles on clay this year, but will be looking to enjoy a deep run at the tournament.

On the women's side, Aryna Sabalenka is the player to beat but the likes of Iga Swiatek and Coco Gauff will be desperate to claim the honours for themselves. Raducanu, meanwhile, is hoping to maintain the improved form she has been showing under the guidance of Mark Petchey.
