Performing this week in Phoenix, Arizona, at Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival tour, the Bard covered The Pogues’ A Rainy Night in Soho for the first time. During his co-headliner 13 song set, Dylan surprised fans by performing one of his biggest No 1 hits live for the first time in 15 years.
