If you've had a spring clean of your finances over the long weekend and feel like it's time to save some money, it's definitely worth having a quick look at Sky's latest offers. The TV and telecoms firm is currently dishing out super fast broadband at its 'lowest ever' price but the deal only lasts until tomorrow, Wednesday May 7.

As long as you act now, you'll get rapid 300Mbps downloads for just £28 per month. With that fast technology beamed into your living room, you'll be able to download a full HD movie in under two minutes.

As a quick comparison, BT offers the same speeds but is priced at £36.99 per month. You do get three months free with BT, but even with that offer applied, it is around £100 more over the two-year deal.

The only thing to note is that only around 55 per cent of the UK has access to faster full fibre cables, so you may need to check your postcode to see what speeds are available in your street.

If you want more than just broadband then Sky has a number of other bundles at their lowest ever price that include fast Internet access along with TV channels and Netflix.

Right now, you can get Sky Atlantic, Netflix, Discovery and 300Mbps downloads for £35 per month.

Add Sky Ultimate to that bundle (which brings a total of more than 140 channels to screens) and you'll pay just £39 per month.

All of these deals are based on a 24-month contract and come with a Sky Stream box. For those not in the know, this device uses the internet to beam shows and movies to the big screen without needing a dish.

It also offers personalised recommendations for things to watch, full access to streaming apps such as Netflix and Disney+, along with simple installation that doesn't require an engineer to visit.
