Prime Video subscribers have only a couple of weeks left to catch Guy Ritchie's star studded action comedy The Gentlemen. The 2019 movie has been available on the streaming service but will leave on May 18 meaning there is less than a fortnight to catch it. Guy wrote, directed and produced the flick which has also spawned a spin off show on Netflix starring Theo James.

The impressive cast includes Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey, Sons Of Anarchy's Charlie Hunnam, Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery, Sucession star Jeremy Strong, The Penguin's Colin Farrell, and Four Weddings and a Funeral legend Hugh Grant. The plot follows McConaughey's American drug lord Michael "Mickey" Pearson who is looking to sell his business, which sets off a chain of blackmail and schemes to undermine him. It has an impressive 75% score on Rotten Tomatoes and fans have raved about it in reviews on Google, where it has a 4.5/5 star rating.

"Funny, clever, gritty, funny, intelligent, entertaining... The Gentlemen, (is) a clever, compelling, absolutely insane crime 'drama' whose incredibly appealing visuals match it’s complex characterisation and intriguing plot....The Gentlemen is a beautifully crafted theatre play disguised as a crime drama...it’s also entertaining and absolutely insane, though in a surprisingly logical way! This gritty, sexy, captivating drama has the feel of a noir film, one in which seamless, innovative editing goes hand in hand with superb visuals and sound. Yet, The Gentlemen is... a genuinely enjoyable film in which pleasure is derived simply from watching the madness unfold!" one fan gushed.

"The Gentlemen can be described in one way and one way only: Pure Ritchie magic! The Gentlemen is, in my opinion, without a doubt the best film in Ritchies career since Snatch (2000). It shares many of the common traits of his previous work; with a complex narrative full of plot twists, an extremely colorful cast of characters, lots of quotable dialogue and the inevitability that everything will shortly spiral out of control..Ultimately, the Gentlemen is lots of fun, and I recommend you check it out," another raved.

A third opined: "Fun, engaging, high stakes - Guy Richie at his best. If you loved Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking barrels you will most definitely enjoy The Gentlemen. Not only does the writing keep you on your toes with Guy Ritchie's signature fast pace and wit - the soundtrack will help immerse you in his world even further. Matthew McConaughey is on his game, Hugh Grant is superb, I haven't seen him this good in a long long time, Charlie Hunnam continues to impress. When you think of a strong female backing up her man think no further than Michelle Dockery, she kills it in this role as Rosalind 'Roz' Pearson."

"Brilliant casting, great script, really good dialogue and fab locations. With an exciting story line this is Guy Ritchie and his team back at their best. The story line ducks and dives just like the characters do. A snappy fast past pace keeps you on your toes. Not a single dull or fidgety moment. Special mention to Hugh Grant who is absolutely brilliant, such a change from his usual type casting as the foppish dandy. Great soundtrack too. Faultless," a fourth penned.

Meanwhile a fifth offered: "The Gentlemen...was witty, smart, engaging, funny, thrilling, enthralling, and so fun! Would definitely recommend! The acting is sooooo good too! Wow! If for nothing else, watch it to marvel at the talent!"

The Gentlemen is available to stream on Prime Video until May 18.
