From sprawling countryside estates to sleek London townhouses, Britain’s biggest stars have invested millions in making their homes as jaw-dropping as their careers.
Whether it’s a footballer building his own private training ground, a pop star snapping up half a street, or an A-list couple turning a listed townhouse into a monochrome palace, the numbers involved are staggering.
New research from Sell House Fast has revealed which celebrity addresses come out on top in terms of value - and some of the figures are eye-watering.
Here are the UK’s most expensive celebrity homes, with one property breaking the £30 million mark.
Former One Direction star Harry Styles has built up a property empire in London, buying multiple homes in Hampstead Heath. Rather than one mansion, Harry has purchased several houses on the same street - with a combined value of over £15 million.
The first property was snapped up when he was just 18, costing almost £3 million. Since then, he has added three more neighbouring houses, priced at £8 million, £4.175 million and £3.2 million. The plan is thought to be to merge them into a single “trophy mansion,” complete with landscaped gardens and eco-friendly features.

Hamilton’s team has insisted the arrangement gives him no financial advantage, and the house remains one of the most valuable celebrity homes in the capital. While fewer details have been shared about the inside, its location in one of London’s wealthiest boroughs makes it a standout on the list.

Inside, the home features a recording studio complete with a rainbow piano and Beatles memorabilia, while art pieces line the walls. Paul lives here with his wife Nancy Shevell, and although he is famously private, fans occasionally glimpse the exterior when visiting Abbey Road Studios nearby.

Reports suggest Kane actually rented the house for a time, paying £15,000 per week to enjoy the luxurious interiors and grand staircase. With memorabilia from his Tottenham career adorning the walls, the property is very much a reflection of his football journey – even if he’s no longer based there.
