Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell is in awe over her partner Joe Sugg as they prepare to welcome their first baby. The pair announced their pregnancy earlier this month in a sweet post before her work schedule became incredibly hectic with all things Strictly taking over. While she's still taking to the dancefloor on a daily basis as she trains with her partner Stefan Dennis, she's still had time at home with her partner, and it's left her swooning.
Taking a video of Joe playing with puppets over the weekend, he was seen erupting with joy as he played with the toy and danced it along a dresser. Dianne clearly loved the moment, as she shared the clip to her Instagram Stories writing: "He is going to be the world's best dad."
Hours after sharing the clip, she posed for a selfie with her partner too, sharing a love heart emoji as she tagged him in the snap.
The happy couple fell head over heels for one another during their time on Strictly where they were paired for the 2018 series of the show.
Seven years on, they took to Instagram to share a video of them painting together in their home, and when they turned the canvas around, the image showed a stick version of Dianne, Joe and their little baby with "2026" written across it.
The pair were inundated with support from Strictly co-stars, including Janette Manrara who wrote: "The best news ever!!! Congratulations!" While Vito Coppola wrote: "This is bellissimooooo. The first Strictly baby. Cannot wait to meet him and I promise to be the best crazy Italian uncle. Congratulations guys I am so so sooo happy for you."
Claudia Winkleman added: "So so happy for you - amazing news. I'll get ANY snack you need."
Dianne is the first Strictly professional to take part in the competition knowingly pregnant, and she's not letting it hold her back at all.
There was concern from fans relating to her pregnancy, and she has been issued a warning when it comes to taking part in the competition, but she's told fans that her doctors have given her the all-clear to take part.
She told her former celebrity partner Chris McCausland on his podcast that she has been told by her doctors that due to dancing being a normal part of her life, she is able to continue, but just needs to be careful.
Dianne has stated that she still plans to do lifts and all sorts in her routines, and has already kicked off the series with a stellar performance as she flaunted her blooming baby bump.
The pair are expected to welcome their first baby in early 2026.
