Donald Trump has been seen with his hand apparently smeared in makeup once more as he seems to be attempting to conceal health worries.

This followed a dinner with technology bosses, where he kept his hands beneath the table in what a body language expert described as a bid to prevent drawing attention to them.

On Friday, Trump was spotted with a makeup-covered hand at the newly refurbished Rose Garden.

Republican supporters had assembled for what Trump has called the 'Rose Garden Club. '.

Earlier this week Trump attempted to quash speculation surrounding his health, something his political rivals have seized upon, but the recent appearance with makeup concealing something on his hand merely fuels further concerns, reports The Mirror US.

On social media he dismissed questions about his wellbeing, declaring he has "NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE," on Truth Social.

Friday's gathering was amongst the first to take place at the transformed venue, which bears a striking resemblance to the outdoor dining area at Mar a Lago.

The grand reopening had been scheduled for Thursday evening for a meal with technology and business chiefs, but arrangements had to be altered owing to poor weather conditions.

While Trump typically relishes using his hands whilst speaking, gesticulating enthusiastically, when he encountered tech leaders in the White House he appeared considerably more restrained in this regard.

Speaking to Mirror.com, body language expert Judi James observed the technology meeting, something she characterised as a 'stroke and purr' session for Trump's ego.

She spotted something about the President's stance. She said: "Unless he was bluffing at his last press call, Trump seems to be seriously out of the social media loop when it comes to the state of his health and, in particular, the state of his hands. He did seem to be hearing speculation for the first time the other day and this coming late to the party stance might be the reason why he keeps his hands hidden here when he would normally be gesticulating to add emphasis to his words.

"Even here though there are finally moments when he behaves normally and the hands do appear. It's the left one first and then the right and although the appearances are a little more fleeting than usual he doesn't act in a way to suggest he has inhibitions about showing them."

In recent times, Trump has been spotted with bruising on the rear of his right hand, occasionally badly masked with cosmetics, and puffiness around his ankles.

The White House has confirmed Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, which means veins in the legs cannot adequately transport blood back to the heart, causing it to collect in the lower legs.

It's a relatively common ailment for elderly people.
