Grammy-nominated soul singer Tamar Braxton has disclosed a terrifying revelation that she "almost died" two days ago after awakening in a "pool of blood". The performer, who cites Diana Ross and Mariah Carey as musical inspirations, turned to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal a devastating accident she endured over the weekend that nearly cost her life.
Whilst she refrained from elaborating on the specifics of the incident, the 48 year old artist disclosed she awoke drenched in blood and discovered she had broken her nose, lost teeth, and experienced mobility issues.
This emerges as numerous celebrities have recently spoken candidly about their previous health battles, including actor Chad Michael Murray who revealed that he nearly perished after losing 50% of his blood. She proceeded to state, "I almost died Sunday. I was found in a pool of blood by my friend with a face injury. As the days go by it gets worse. I fractured my nose, lost some teeth and mobility."
Tamar added: "The way I look at life now is totally different. As my health is on the mend my mental journey begins... pray for me for real [broken heart emojis]. I don't even know what happened to me [broken heart emojis]." The All the Way Home vocalist shared an excerpt from the Bible on her Instagram Story, specifically Proverbs 31.
This concluding chapter in the Book of Proverbs outlines the characteristics of strong and virtuous women, highlighting wisdom, diligence, and compassion.
