The heat of summer calls for skincare designed to remove impurities and clear pores. As part of its weekly £10 flash sale, Boots has reduced a dual-action cleanser that claims to banish excess shine and rebalance the look of irritable skin. 

Originally priced at £27, the Estee Lauder Nutritious 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser is now reduced to £10 for 24 hours only. The cleanser works as a daily face wash, makeup remover and weekly purifying mask. It is said to be suitable for normal, combination and oily skin types; and is also ideal for dull, oily skin or enlarged and clogged pores.

The cleanser has been formuated with Nutri-9 complex, which includes pore-minimising sweet kelp, soothing red algae ferment and hydrating coconut water ferment. 96% of shoppers said their pores 'felt thoroughly cleansed', and 97% said their skin 'looked less shiny' after using the cleanser once.

For £10, Boots shoppers can get the Estee Lauder cleanser in a 125ml tube. For those looking for a bigger-size face wash, consider Paula's Choice's Skin Balancing Cleanser. With the current 20% off deal, shoppers can get the 237ml for £20.80 instead of £26, or the XL 473ml version for £33.60 instead of £42.

Those with problematic skin can try the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating Salicylic Acid Cleanser, which is suitable for face and body use. The formula with a unique blend of salicylic acid, mandelic acid and PHA claims to be suitable for sensitive skin. It's stocked at Amazon with 20% off at £17.60.

The Estee Lauder Nutrituous 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser is loved by nearly 2,000 shoppers, with more than half leaving five-star reviews online. One satisfied shopper shared: "I absolutely loved this face wash. It was very lightweight and super refreshing on my skin. My skin has never felt as clean as it is once I am done rinsing. I have super sensitive skin and I had no reaction to it."

Another customer said they saw major improvement: "I have menopausal acne and rosacea, after using a few times I see a huge difference.
