Skincare has become a vital part of many people's day to day routine - from cleansers to moisturisers and SPF, it is a process that is savoured. Often, there is a high demand for a daily moisturiser that not only keeps skin hydrated but has a double effect of protecting skin from harmful UV rays, giving shoppers a two-in-one product that tackles two essential components of a skincare routine.

There are a range of brands on the market that do offer this product, however. For example Medik8 has the Daily Radiance Vitamin C moisturiser available on its website for £60.

This 2-in-1 vitamin C moisturiser with SPF 30 has a range of benefits that shoppers are likely to desire. For example, it firstly prevents signs of premature ageing and reduces the apperance of wrinkles, and customers say it only took seven days to have visibly brighter skin.

It also visibly softens and boosts radiance and is enriched with hyaluronic acid and glycerin which are used mainly for skin hydration - so users will be glowing all day long while also being protected from the sun and skin damage. A common problem for many people who wear sunscreen is the tacky feeling it leaves, but 94% of customers agreed that the Daily Radiance Vitamin C cream feels more like a moisturiser due to its non-greasy and soft texture.

If this isn't the one for everyone, however, shoppers could also try the Bulldog Anytime Daily Moisturiser SPF 30 75ml for £18 from Boots which is said to protect and hydrate the skin using specially selected ingredients combined with UVA and UVB filters. Another is the Skin Illusion Tinted Moisturiser SPF25 04 for £40 from Clarins which is described as a glow-boosting skin tint with age-defying skincare.

The Medik8 Daily Radiance Vitamin C has been rated highly on the brand's website, as one person said: "I always use vitamin A as a base before applying this cream. The results are great. It gives your skin radiance, smoothness, healthy view and reduces fine lines."

Another person wrote: "Love, love, love this product. I saw a positive impact quite quickly. I love vitamin C and its combined collagen and radiance effect. I will definitely be purchasing this again. Thanks Medik8."

"Really liked, goes on smoothly, good combination moisturiser, nice smell," said another. As not every skincare will suit everyone, there were of course opposing opinions, too.

One shopper wrote: "Not suitable for me but great that it has a combination of 3 important things in it! Great quality but blocked my pores unfortunately and gave me 'blind spots'."

Another said: "I love the idea of combining vitamin C with SPF in one step, however, I think this would be good for someone who maybe doesn't already have oily skin but for me it was too greasy. I have bought the Medik8 vitamin C separately and I will stick with my usual sunscreen for now."

The Daily Radiance Vitamic C moisturiser is available from Medik8.
