Another said: "Diana, Princess of Wales, was the Queen of people's hearts & always shall be." A third said: "There was only one Queen of Hearts, I don't think she's replaceable."
A fourth said: "Harry and Meghan will do anything to remain relevant. Absolute delusion."
Despite the backlash, others took Narinder's stance, with one saying, "Harry and Meghan are the People's Monarchy."
Another wrote: "The haters will definitely eat their humble pie."
Good Morning Britain panellist Narinder Kaur has sparked fury on X, formerly known as Twitter, following her remark about Meghan Markle. She penned: "The fact is, Meghan has won and she will continue winning. People love the real King and Queen of Hearts."
Under the caption, she shared a clip of Jennie Bond, former royal correspondent for the BBC, who was being interviewed on GB News about Prince Harry and Meghan's extended Netflix deal. It comes after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed a new "multi-year" deal with the streaming giant.
Jennie told the cameras: "But, the fact of the matter is, yeah, they have won. Meghan has won, and we have to eat humble pie." While Narinder clearly agreed with Jennie, her followers had entirely different opinions. One person noted: "This will upset and anger certain people." To which Narinder replied: "Good."
Meghan and Harry have been on the Netflix charts for years after dropping the highly anticipated six-episode series, Harry & Meghan, in 2022.
The show was about the couple's romance journey as they set the record straight on how they met and fell for one another.
Earlier this year, With Love, Meghan premiered on the streaming service and followed the royal's love for hosting, gardening, and cooking in California. The show's second and third series are said to be in the making despite its mixed reaction.
