According to National Highways: West Midlands, traffic has been stopped on the M6 northbound carriageway between Junction 3A (Coleshill) and Junction 4 (M42) due to a lorry fire, which can clearly be seen in the image accompanying its post on X.

There are currently around five miles of congestion on the approach, which are causing delays of 45 minutes.
