Stunning Amanda Holden has sparked a frenzy on Instagram after appearing in a minuscule string bikini during her latest sun-drenched holiday. The television and radio presenter, who rose to prominence in the 90s, wore a green two-piece and picked up a coconut for a spontaneous photoshoot. Taking a break from the family's American adventure, Amanda showcased her bronzed glow as she posed on the beach.
In characteristically playful fashion, the Britain's Got Talent judge - renowned for her bold ensembles on the talent programme, which have occasionally prompted Ofcom complaints - revealed plenty as she took a cheeky sip from her beverage. The 55 year old wrote alongside the images: "Sunshine, coconuts and family =holiday Bikini @melissaodabash." Predictably, the responses poured in. One declared she was the "hottest girl in Miami" while another playfully remarked: "Just love Mandy's coconuts!" A further follower quipped: "Still say Les Dennis deserves a knighthood!"
A fourth chimed in: "Actually getting too much now! I think you are literally getting younger!" as a fifth agreed: "You look so beautiful as always, Amanda."
The star was enjoying the getaway with husband Chris Hughes and daughters Lexi, 20, and 14 year old Hollie.
However, the Heart FM host invests considerable effort into appearing as stunning as she does in her mid-50s, having previously acknowledged she has and will always prioritise her appearance.
Speaking candidly during an interview with Good Housekeeping last summer, she confessed to being a firm advocate of the 'more is more' philosophy, quipping that she hoped to resemble 'an ageing Barbie doll when she's 70'.
The star swears by a handful of daily beauty secrets - amongst them a strict routine of daily Revive Collagen supplements, non-surgical procedures such as Collagenwave and Morpheus8 radiofrequency - having scaled back from regular Botox in favour of the more understated, medical-grade 'tweakments'.
Amanda also clocks up three to four miles of running each week, alongside practising Kundalini yoga and following the 'Viking workout regime', having previously told TV Times: 'I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much.
"But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter."
