Disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was savagedly snubbed on Mother’s Day with a telling move by his brother, King Charles.
The King and Queen took to the Firm’s official X account to mark the annual celebration and shared three images with the message: “Wishing Mothers everywhere, and those who might be missing their Mums today, a restful Mothering Sunday.”
The pictures included a picture of the late Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother and Camilla with her own mother, Rosalind Shand.
But there was also a third picture with Elizabeth II, showing her with Charles and Princess Anne, as well as her corgi Sue.
The picture was taken in Balmoral on April 29, 1953.
Andrew, who has been stripped of his titles and honours, was notably absent from the family photo, as was Prince Edward.
