The King sported his usual light blue suit, with Camilla looking chic in red. The Queen, 78, was seen wearing a bright red coat by Fiona Clare and a matching hat by Philip Treacy.

Arriving ahead of the King and Queen, the Prince and Princess of Wales were spotted by spectators gathered outside as they made their way inside the Abbey.

Wowing royal fans, Catherine, 44, looked a vision in a blue Catherine Walker dress.

The royal's wide-brimmed hat proved to be an interesting choice as she was unable to carry out the traditional greeting of kissing both cheeks of her fellow family members.

Prince William looked dapper in a simple navy suit, perfectly matching his glamorous wife. Princess Anne and her husband, Sir Timothy Laurence, also attended the service.

Anne opted for a green outfit, with her own hat, unlike Catherine's, fitting perfectly on her head.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester also joined the King, Queen, Anne, Sir Timothy and Prince and Princess of Wales.

The couple are known to be typical attendees but today marks their second year in a row of absence from the service. Last year, Sophie was in New York City, whilst Edward was celebrating his birthday as the service fell on March 10.

Today, the pair are in Italy for the Paralympic Winter Games.
