Britney Spears has reportedly been arrested for a DUI by the California Highway Patrol at 9.30pm on Wednesday (March 4), according to reports. According to The Sun, the Toxic singer's car was taken to Roy Towing in Thousand Oaks and was put in handcuffs at 9.30pm. She has since been released, with and court date on May 4.
The US publication has seen Britney's inmate details that confirm her arrest. After looking at the paperwork, they claim the singer's occupation is listed as "celebrity", and states she was booked in at 3am on Thursday morning (March 5). It comes as fans have spotted that Britney has disabled her Instagram page.
