The star-studded celebration descended into chaos in 1996, when Oasis took to the stage to accept their awards for British Album of the Year, British Video of the Year and British Group.
At the time, their battle for the top with Blur was rife, and during their drunken speech, the brothers mocked their rivals by singing Sh**elife instead of Parklife.

Michael Jackson's 1996 performance of Earth Song ended on a bum note after the stage was invaded by singer Jarvis Cocker.
In a spontaneous protest, he ran onto the stage, lifted his shirt, and bent over to wiggle his backside in a mooning gesture.
The Pulp frontman later said on TFI Friday: "I was just sat there and watching it and feeling a bit ill, because he's there doing his Jesus act… and I just thought, 'The stage is there, I'm here, and you can actually just do something about it.'"
