Piers Morgan has demanded that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor should be "banished" if he refuses to be interviewed by UK police and US investigators about the wider Jeffrey Epstein scandal. Taking to social media, the 60-year-old Uncensored host shared his demand, prompting support from his followers.

He wrote: "After today’s revelations that Andrew leaked confidential trade envoy secrets to Epstein, King Charles should order him to be interviewed by UK police about that, and by US investigators about wider Epstein scandal." In a bombshell final sentence, he added: "If Andrew refuses, banish him." Fans seemed to agree with him, with one writing: "It is like an episode of Traitors Piers, I agree! Banish him!" Another said: "This archaic institution now needs abolishing, times have changed," while a third added: "Banish him to another island I guess."

Piers' reaction follows reports that Andrew has seemingly deliberately shared classified information with Jeffrey Epstein during his tenure as trade envoy between 2010 and 2011, according to fresh US court documents examined by the BBC.

Correspondence from the recently released Epstein papers shows the disgraced Royal forwarded briefings about trips to Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam, along with confidential investment intelligence.

One email, dated November 2010, was forwarded by Andrew just five minutes after being sent by his then-special advisor, Amir Patel.

Prince William and Princess Kate have also now spoken out for the first time about their uncle's involvement in the Epstein scandal.

Speaking to journalists in Riyadh, a Kensington Palace spokesperson said: “I can confirm The Prince and Princess have been deeply concerned by the continuing revelations. Their thoughts remain focused on the victims.”

It is understood that the couple fully supported the King’s leadership in October, when Andrew was formally stripped of his royal titles and evicted from Royal Lodge, and shared the sentiment of Buckingham Palace’s statement.

The disgraced prince has vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
