Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell has given fans an update on her 'little boy', sharing that not everything always goes smoothly on the dance show. The dancer, who is currently competing in this year's BBC One dance contest with Neighbours legend Stefan Dennis, is also expecting her first child with boyfriend Joe Sugg.

The Australian dancer and the YouTube sensation first met on Strictly in 2018 when they were paired together. On 14 September, Dianne and Joe announced they were expecting their first child in 2026, revealing it would be a baby boy.

The happy news was shared through a charming video set to Elton John's 'Tiny Dancer'. The clip showed them painting a picture of themselves as stick figures with a smaller figure between them, symbolising their baby, reports Manchester Evening News.

Following her Tuesday (October 7) appearance on It Takes Two, Dianne provided an expectant mother update.

She captured a mirror selfie and whilst standing sideways, revealed her growing baby bump whilst declaring: "Little boy says hi."

It comes after Dianne shared footage of herself bellowing incorrect guidance to Stefan during their recent performance, which was captured by the concealed microphones worn by couples throughout the live broadcast.

This announcement came before Dianne's return to Strictly as the reigning champion, having won the Glitterball trophy last year with comedian Chris McCausland.

Contrasting the training moment with their live performance before millions in the iconic ballroom, Dianne revealed on Instagram: "Every single time we did this I gave Stefan the right leg cue because he kept doing the pump with his left leg first and I said I'm going to scream out right leg every time so you don't forget it's the right..

"Saturday night comes and I scream left leg tried to redeem by saying right twice. Proof that even pros make mistakes!" One of her followers remarked: "Left leg.. wait the other left leg [crying laughing emoji]. I love how real you are with it all," to which Dianne responded: "Hahn of course we are all only human arnt we."

Another fan commented; " bet for once you were happy he didnt listen to and/or hear you," as Dianne confessed: "yesssss I was so happy," and when a final admirer queried: "Did you even know until after the dance if he'd done the right leg?" the star admitted: "Had no idea."
