The Skechers ULTRA FLEX 3.0 Fixed Laced Slip-Ins Mauve are priced at £44.50, reduced from £89, a half price saving for shoppers. These trainers are designed for movement, but the mauve, knitted fabric gives them a softer edge to standard sportswear.

Combining slip-on convenience with the look of a lace-up, the trainers have fixed laces - so wearers get the visual structure of laces without having to tie them. While shoppers on Debenhams haven't left any reviews, on Skechers there are plenty to go through.

Out of 1253 reviews, 1005 are five-star, with one person saying: "I have them in just about every color, LOVE them!!". Another shopper, who liked them so much they bought a second pair, said: "You don't have to break these in. Put them out of the box and you are ready to go!".

While a third person said: "This is a back up pair to the first pair I got for our trip to Spain. These ended up being the shoes I wore most of the time. I got them for walking, but they have a nice design and stylish silhouette so felt like I could wear them with most anything.
