Victoria Beckham will share the ins and outs of her life in her brand new Netflix documentary set to air next month.

But while from the outside her life looks incredibly glamorous, there have been some moments throughout her career that have caused her real angst. 

As she lets the cameras into her life, she's seen in the documentary talking about some of her more challenging times, and body language expert Inbaal Honigman, speeaking on behalf of OLBG, has explained what appears to be a sore spot for her.

She said: "When Victoria discusses people's old perception of her as someone who never smiled, the memory causes some tension. Her fingers laced up in front of her, she sits in a protective pose. Those laced fingers show how uneasy she is, recalling those moments.

"If she feels so tense when thinking about those times, it must have been way harsher when she lived through this."

Inbaal explained that Victoria is "talking with her hands a lot", and her big hand action is showing that she's speaking the truth -- her truth.

She added: "People who use their hands a lot are the wheelers-dealers, they are selling something, the market traders. Victoria's shop front is her personal brand. Those hand gestures connect her with her fans. Her big moves demonstrate her desire to connect, she appreciates her fans, it would seem and doesn't want to hold anything back anymore."

The expert recognised that Victoria's moves reveal a "raw, honest, sincere lady who wants to communicate but not be judged".

She added: "When she mentions how uncool she was at school, her arm is stretched fully across her body. With this arm, Posh Spice is guarding herself from those hard memories."

Victoria's series will be out in a matter of weeks to look behind the scenes of her life and career. The decision to film a documentary comes after the success of her husband David Beckham's hit series.

The reaction to David's documentary was very well received and fans saw a side to the pair they enjoyed, prompting Victoria to follow suit.

The fashion alumn is known for her singing career, high profile relationship and her successful stint in the fashion industry, but finally her fans will get the true ins and outs of what has happened behind the scenes.
