The young adult drama, based on Jenny Han's best-selling trilogy, has captivated audiences worldwide as they anxiously await the conclusion of the intense love triangle.
In the second-to-last episode of The Summer I Turned Pretty, we saw Belly (portrayed by Lola Tung) settling in Paris, attempting to build a life away from Cousins and the Fisher brothers following her botched wedding, while also starting a romance with Benito (Fernando Cattori).

The third season's opening episode alone attracted 25 million viewers during its first week of broadcast, based on Nielsen data.
Speaking about The Summer I Turned Pretty's success, television executive Vernon Sanders recently told Deadline: "If you think about it, this was a book series that was published a fair while ago, and so I think there have been a number of people who've come into this over the years.
"What Jenny [Han] has been able to do, and hopefully we've been able to help, is build this community that has just been incredibly passionate and committed and interested."
The initial The Summer I Turned Pretty novel was released in 2009 and the concluding one was issued in 2011, with the television series making its debut in 2022.
This indicates that there's been a solid decade of readership for the books, providing the show with an established fanbase which has undoubtedly contributed to the success of the series.
