In the heart of Wembley, a burgeoning residential development is revolutionising the concept of renting in London. Quintain Living, with its concierge desks, dog parks, rooftop gardens and even an on-site GP, offers a mini-city where everything is just a stone's throw away.

The Sunday Times voted Wembley Park as one of the top places to live in London, lauding its transformation into a contemporary, self-sufficient neighbourhood boasting excellent transport links, green spaces and a lively cultural scene.

Despite being adjacent to the iconic Wembley Stadium, residents report that it's surprisingly tranquil - during stadium events, Quintain Living restricts access to residential areas to ensure peace and safety.

Nathan Wise, Leasing Director at Quintain Living, told MyLondon that what distinguishes it is ownership. He further stated: "We build, develop, own and operate the buildings. So, we're invested in them staying healthy, well-run, and well-maintained."

Each of the seven existing buildings - with an eighth soon to be launched - is brimming with features designed for comfort and community. Flats are fully furnished with high-end interiors, fast Wi-Fi included in the rent, and access to shared amenities such as lounges, co-working spaces, cinema rooms, gyms and private dining rooms, reports MyLondon.

Nathan explains that a dedicated team stands ready from 8am to 8pm every day to assist residents.

He added: "We have dedicated maintenance teams and facilities management teams, so if something isn't working, you can just put in a maintenance request on the residents' app."

Life at Wembley Park revolves around the concept of the '15-minute city' - where everything you require sits within a brief stroll.

Nathan said: "There's a grocery store, a GP surgery, a dentist, Specsavers, gyms in the buildings... even yoga and Pilates studios."

Residents enjoy daily necessities right on their doorstep, including a substantial Sainsbury's, an M&S Foodhall, and chemists.

For larger shopping trips, the London Designer Outlet lies just round the corner, boasting over 70 shops offering reductions on brands like Nike, Levi's, Adidas and The North Face.

There's also a considerable emphasis on fostering community through gatherings.

Nathan said: "We have our Quintain Living events, and they can be large-scale summer or holiday celebrations, or small little movie nights with popcorn, afternoon teas and kids' activities."

Residents are never distant from somewhere to relax either, and it's not merely the nearby cafés or cinemas.

Nathan explained: "Each building has its own dedicated green space from podium gardens to rooftop gardens. Almost all of our homes have either a patio or a balcony as well."

From those balconies and rooftops, numerous residents enjoy unobstructed views of Wembley Stadium - a striking vista and atmospheric soundtrack for evening beverages.

Within the apartments, triple-glazed windows ensure tranquillity and silence.

Whilst Wembley itself hasn't traditionally been renowned for its green spaces, this is transforming.

Quintain Living recently unveiled an extra four acres to Union Park, expanding it to the seven-acre haven it represents today.

Safety remains a fundamental concern throughout the development, with 24-hour teams monitoring the vicinity and overseeing CCTV systems.

Nathan explained: "The buildings themselves are all controlled access. We also have our Wembley Park security team who do rotations throughout and monitor the CCTV from a control centre."

Quintain Living additionally collaborates closely with Brent Council and the Metropolitan Police to oversee safety during major stadium occasions, guaranteeing residents encounter minimal disturbance despite the substantial visitor numbers in the locality.

Residents have lately expressed worries regarding intruders exploiting the facilities.

Nathan tackled the issue: "We're working with the court systems to have some orders issued. But the best thing we can do is encourage residents to know who their neighbours are and report anything out of place - that way we can immediately respond."

Wembley Park is furthermore crafted with pet owners in consideration.

Numerous buildings welcome animals and feature dedicated dog exercise areas or pet-friendly green spaces, alongside convenient access to open parks such as Elvin Gardens and Union Park. Residents also enjoy access to cinemas, gyms, co-working spaces and even specially organised community WhatsApp groups covering everything from pet care to social dining invitations.

Nathan concluded: "Here, you're stepping into a well-planned, well-designed community that's made for real life."
