Robbie Williams has reportedly splurged on a £30 million waterfront mansion in Miami. The opulent property includes seven bedrooms, an 18-car garage, a wine cellar, and its own dock leading directly to the water.
In addition to the £30 million purchase price, he is said to have spent another £4 million on furniture, modifications, and renovations to transform it into the perfect family home. The purchase follows the sale of his Los Angeles mansion for £51.6 million ($65 million) in May last year, netting him a profit of £12.3 million in just over two years.
At 51, Robbie, along with his wife Ayda Field, 46, and their four children, are preparing to move into the 19,380 sq ft property, which is around a 40-minute drive from David Beckham's Miami home.
The mansion also features a resort-style pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a movie room.
Robbie enlisted the help of Miami property developer Manny Angelo Varas, known as “the billionaire’s builder,” to extend the home in Coral Gables, one of Miami’s most sought-after areas.
Planned additions include a 2,000 sq ft guest pavilion with potential for a recording studio, as well as a floating padel court, which would be the first of its kind in a US home.
Robbie purchased the mansion from Real Housewives of Miami star Dr. Nicole Martin and her husband, Anthony Lopez. The couple had bought it in 2022 and spent two years renovating the property, which featured on the reality TV show.
It is already breaking records, as it is the most expensive sale in the area.
Robbie and Ayda also have a lavish home across the pond in the UK, in the exclusive Holland Park area of Kensington. The pricey area is very popular with celebrities, including Victoria and David Beckham, who live in a mansion nearby with their kids.
