Drivers are facing delays on the M25 near Watford after a vehicle broke down, leading to two lanes being closed. The lanes are shut in the anti-clockwise direction between junctions 21 and 20.

The breakdown was first reported by National Highways at around 7am. Motorists should now expect lengthy delays on the motorway.
