Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death has been officially revealed as "acute myocardial infarction" and "out of hospital cardiac arrest". His death certificate confirmed the rocker's cause of death after he died on June 22 at the age of 76. The condiditons were marked as joint causes. It comes just weeks after his death at the age of 76, shocked the world, coming as it did just over a fortnight after his final ever performance at the Back To The Beginning show.
His family issued a statement confirming the sad news. "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time." The touching words were signed off by his wife, Sharon, and children, Aimee, Kelly, Jack, and Louis.
