Meghan Markle has broken her silence on the viral clip she shared of herself twerking while in labour. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared clip of herself performing the TikTok 'baby mama' dance with her husband Prince Harry earlier this month to her Instagram account.
Now she has talked about the footage in an upcoming podcast with Dragons' Den star Emma Grede saying she can finally "share her authentic life" on "her own terms".
Speaking to Emma in a sneak peak of her Aspire Podcast, Meghan said: 'You have to be authentic. Did you see my "Baby Momma" dance? That was four years ago.'
In the episode due to be released on Tuesday, Meghan added: "So it's also a really great reminder that with all the noise or whatever people do, there's still a whole life - a real, authentic, fun life - that's happening behind the scenes. I'm just grateful that now, being back on social as well, I have a place where I can share it on my own terms."
