Stacey Solomon has moved to quash talk that she and husband Joe Swash have quietly split after fans noticed she’d been photographed without her wedding ring.
The 36-year-old appeared on This Morning to discuss her role on Britain’s Got Talent when presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley steered the conversation towards her personal life.
Stacey admitted she hadn’t even seen Joe’s recent Mother's Day post before the chat turned to the rumours.
On camera she laughed off the speculation, saying she doesn’t read the gossip and asking what rumours were circulating.
She also pointed out she was wearing a ring during the show and joked she might have only taken it off briefly — perhaps to nip to the loo.
Stacey added a playful line about Joe being distracted by a project at their home, Pickle Cottage, saying he’s so focused on creating a lake that maybe the ring had gone in with it.
The light-hearted response drew laughter from the hosts.
Despite not spotting Joe’s social media tribute, Stacey did share her own heartfelt Mother's Day message to her children, calling them her life’s work and stressing that being together keeps them strong.
She also sent a thoughtful note to anyone who finds the day difficult.
The couple, married in 2022, have faced scrutiny after paparazzi images showed Stacey leaving BBC studios without a ring, even though she had been seen wearing it earlier in the day on her Instagram story.
Last month Joe, 44, attended the TV Choice Awards without Stacey despite both being nominated, arriving with his stepson Zachary.
