Inside Nick Kyrgios' stunning penthouse he's put up for sale after girlfriend split | Tennis | Sport![]() Nick Kyrgios is selling his luxury penthouse in Sydney just three years after he bought it. The former Wimbledon finalist has listed the three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a guide price of £864k (AUD$1.8m). It comes after Kyrgios split with Costeen Hatzi, his girlfriend of four years. The former world No. 13 hails from Canberra, but he bought the stunning Sydney property in 2022 for £768k (AUD$1.6m) while in a relationship with Costeen Hatzi. With their relationship now over, Kyrgios is also cutting ties with their old home before he heads back on the road to compete. The top-floor apartment boasts a roof terrace and wraparound windows with eye-catching views of the city skyline and the Blue Mountains. There are three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, while the master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom. Kyrgios’ penthouse also has lift access, a double garage, and built-in air conditioning. “High above the buzz of Kensington village, this sun-filled penthouse is perched atop the award-winning Capella building with views to the city skyline affording the ambience of a skyhome,” the property listing states. The Capella complex boasts a heated pool, gym, gardens, an on-site minimart, sushi bar and beer garden. Property reports show that the property was never rented in the three years that Kyrgios owned it, meaning he likely used it as a full-time base in Sydney. The apartment is set to go to auction next month, when Kyrgios will be busy competing in Europe. He is set to return to the French Open for the first time in eight years, partnering countryman Jordan Thompson in doubles. The 30-year-old will then head to Stuttgart and London’s Queen’s Club to get some matches on the grass ahead of Wimbledon. But Kyrgios will not be joined on the trip by long-term girlfriend Hatzi, as they recently confirmed their split. The Sydney-based influencer was seen supporting the former world No. 13 at the Australian Open and Indian Wells earlier this year. Rumours that they had broken up started to circulate when Kyrgios removed her initials from his Instagram bio. Hatzi later confirmed the news to The Herald Sun, sending her well wishes to the tennis star. “I'm loving my work and doing content every day. We haven't spoken, relationships come to an end. I believe it's for the best,” she said. “I hope he finds peace and happiness within himself. I definitely entered the relationship with pure intentions. I loved him, thought we had a great connection.” Kyrgios and Hatzi started dating in 2021 after he messaged her on social media about a mirror she was selling. She previously said it was “love at first sight”. Source link Posted: 2025-05-20 13:58:38 |
