His injuries are not thought to be life threatening. In a statement, the force said: "Roads have now reopened following a collision in Nottingham city centre. "Emergency services were called to Weekday Cross at 10.15am today (15 May) following reports a pedestrian had been involved in a collision with a tram. "The pedestrian, a 14-year-old boy, has been taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening in nature."
