Spice Girls 'finally reunite as they plan world tour without one star' | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

The Spice Girls are looking forward to the 30th anniversary of the formation of the group next year - and they're thought to be planning a huge world tour to celebrate. However, Victoria Beckham, who previously stated she realised her heart wasn't in music, will almost certainly not be part of the shows.

According to new reports, there is just a 10 per cent chance that she could get up on stage with her 1990s co-stars in the ultimate blast from the past. Victoria has been seen belting out Spice Girls tracks with family during birthday celebrations, but it's thought that karaoke may be as far it will go for the woman formerly known as Posh Spice, who has since rebranded herself as a fashion and beauty entrepreneur. Her four bandmates on the other hand - Mel Brown (Scary), Mel Chisholm (Sporty), Geri Halliwell (Ginger) and Emma Bunton (Baby) reportedly all have ambitions to hit the road together for a reunion.

In fact, Geri is thought to be planning a meeting with the group's former manager Simon Fuller in Miami in May.

Expanding on the reports, a source told The Sun: "There have been rumours swirling for months, but Geri has always been too busy and had other things on, preventing her from saying yes.

“Nothing is yet confirmed but Geri and Simon are back in touch with a myriad of exciting ideas.

"Unfortunately Victoria has pretty much ruled herself out, but there is still a world in which she could do some sort of avatar appearance or a special one-off thing."

The reported meeting behind Geri and Simon is thought to be taking place as her F1 boss husband Christian Horner travels to Miami for the Grand Prix.

Geri had shared her enthusiasm for a reunion just weeks earlier, saying she hoped to return as a "collective" with her former bandmates.

"It's more respectful to come as one," she told The Times, declaring: "We love each other. I love them, I care about them, we want the best for each other.

"We shared something so monumental. We've always believed in each other, had trust in each other, which is beautiful."
