Expert pinpoints sign Meghan Markle 'too busy' for royal return | Royal | News

Meghan Markle made her first-ever podcast appearance on the latest episode of The Jamie Kern Lima Show, which aired on Monday. During the episode, Meghan spoke of her latest projects - including the launch of her lifestyle brand 'As Ever' last month.

Speaking to Casino.ca, body language expert Judi James pinpointed a theme that stood out in Meghan's appearance - which is just how "incredibly busy" she is. Dicussing how Meghan showed that she was "too busy" for any prospect of a royal return, Ms James told the publication: "She uses the eye flutter and sighs to illustrate and emphasise this important message during a pose of ‘happy agony’ where she looks upward with a smiling grimace.

"Her other ‘busy’ rituals include a sigh and her fingers get spiked to suggest muscle tension under pressure."

Explaing further, Ms James said: "Meghan takes this further though, pinching the bridge of her nose to suggest exhaustion before the most dramatic gesture of all where she brings her whole hand up to cover her entire face in a masking ritual as she tells us ‘Oh my gosh I work so hard’ as her face contorts behind the hand.”

During the podcast episode, Meghan - who stepped back from royal life alongside Prince Harry in 2020 - also spoke of a possible memoir - to which she gave a rather surprising response.

Highlighting that another story book could be on the cards, Meghan said of a memoir: "And then, you know, I think people are often curious if I'm going to write a memoir, but I've got a lot more life to live before I'm there."

Meghan also spoke proudly of her family - including her husband Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.

Speaking of Harry, she said: "H, that man loves me so much and you know, look what we've built. We have built a beautiful life and we have two healthy beautiful children.

Meghan described Archie and Lilibet, who were born in 2019 and 2021, as "the greatest".
