Cadbury launches brand new chocolate bar with popular flavour | UK | News

Cadbury has partnered with a well-loved biscuit brand to bring a new chocolate bar to the shelves of your local supermarket this Spring. The "hardest secret" Cadbury has had to keep is hitting the shelves this Saturday.

You may know the lotus Biscoff best as the accompanying biscuit beside your coffee whilst on holiday. But Biscoff is expanding its offering to chocolate snacks. The new Cadbury Dairy Milk Biscoff Bar will be available starting this Saturday in selected stores. The signature creamy chocolate envelops the deliciously satisfying crunch of Biscoff’s caramelised biscuits intended to keep your tastebuds tantalised.

The 150g bar will be available from independent retailers and major supermarkets starting on March 15, and it will be priced at £2.00.

For a delicious treat to share with friends and family, the Cadbury Dairy Milk Biscoff Bar is the ultimate snack for chocolate and biscuit fans.

Connor Gould, Brand Manager at Cadbury, said: “This might be the hardest secret we have had to keep…We know people love the irresistible smoothness of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and the satisfying crunch of Biscoff, so this collaboration was something that we were excited to announce to both chocolate and biscuit lovers alike.

“It’s a match made in chocolatey-biscuit heaven, proving to be a truly unique and delectable experience for all! We can’t wait to hear what everything thinks of it.”

The Cadbury Dairy Milk Biscoff Bar will be available in Sainsbury's from Saturday, March 15, in Morrisons from Wednesday, March 19, Tesco on Tuesday, March 25 and Asda from Thursday, March 27.

It comes after Cadbury unveiled an ingenious new range of Dairy Milk chocolate bar wrappers that aim to resolve the age-old squabble over chocolate sharing.

The wrappers are designed to allocate chocolate based on who truly "deserves" each piece. Twelve witty and relatable scenarios cover a range of day-to-day squabbles.

Scenarios include acknowledging the family chef, the birthday rememberer, or the holiday planner. They also include "who updates the shared calendar" and "who chose what to watch."

This clever initiative follows a Cadbury-commissioned study involving 2,000 Brits, illuminating the countless small yet selfless deeds performed daily.
