A famed Loose Women panellist, who first joined the show in the 1990s, has sparked fears she is walking away from the ITV show. Nadia Sawalha was one of the original panellists when the show launched before taking a break in 2002 to give birth to her first child. She rejoined the show in 2013 and has stayed on as a regular ever since. However, fans are concerned that she is set to "quit" her role after posting a cryptic message about "walking away."

According to The Sun, she shared a very short clip, which has since been deleted, where she can be seen walking down the corridors of the Loose Women studio. Nadia added the caption, "It’s ok to walk away .. but give a little smile as you do … because soon enough you will realise …that you only thought you weren’t strong enough … because you were using all your strength to stay."

Immediately, fans send their concerns in the comments, with one saying, "Sounds like you are Leaving Loose Women. I hope not." Another also echoed, "We love you and we are with you supporting the right side of history is more than any LW stands for and we all should boycott Loose Women if you are not on there."

A third said, "Don’t tell me you’re leaving the Loose Women!" Whilst another chimed in, "Oh no, are you leaving LW? I can’t imagine how you sat among them for as long as you did."

In similar news, Loose Women star Denise Welch has opened up about her recent health battle, which forced her to miss the daytime show for three months.

The 66-year-old actress, known for her roles in Hollyoaks and Waterloo Road, first joined the programme in 2005. She was notably absent from the show in November and only recently returned after a three-month break. Upon her return, Denise candidly detailed on Loose Women her recent collapse before a pantomime performance in December and shared an insight into her long-standing battle with depression.

Speaking on Loose Women about her health scare, Denise said in February: "I ploughed on and I started the pantomime, within three days I collapsed in the foyer of the hotel I was staying in and I got back to the room and I said to my agent 'you've got to pull me out'."

Despite pulling out of the pantomime, Denise had prepared to return to her ITV position on Loose Women but fell ill again. She was rushed to hospital and received treatmentfor acute peritonitis via an intravenous drip for a week.
