Smoke can be seen for miles across Greater Manchester this afternoon after a blaze erupted in Salford. Photos show plumes of black smoke visible in the sky, with fire crews reportedly on the scene.
It is not yet known whether anyone has been injured in the blaze, the Manchester Evening News reports.
