Nestled in the idyllic Cheshire countryside, Carden Park is quickly become one of the biggest celebrity hotspots in the country. Visited by Love Island star and business mogul Molly-Mae Hague and BBC presenter Louise Minchin, it was also used as the eviction hotel for the 2020 I'm A Celebrity stars. Hollywood celebrities Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds and his fellow Wrexham boss Rob McElhenny are also said to have stayed there while visiting the now iconic football club.
Surrounded by 1000 acres, golf courses and even its own vineyard, the hotel offers complete privacy from the outside world, makin it the perfect choice for those who want to switch off and escape reality. After having paid a visit there myself, I can definitely see why this stunning hotel would be the preferred choice for the rich and famous who want some peace and quiet.
I decided to try the hotel out for one of their luxury spa days, which included lunch in their Elements restaurant with a glass of chilled fizz. With three hot tubs and two pools, as well as an "experience shower", steam room and even dedicated "relaxation rooms", their spa has everything you could possibly want.
I couldn't believe how quickly the afternoon went by after floating around different hot tubs, the herbal steam room and the sauna with panoramic views.
The treatment was incredible too, with their state of the art spa area surely being able to calm down the most stressed guest. I opted for the "rejuvenating ritual", which was a back and shoulder massage and a facial, and 50 minutes have never gone by quicker in my life.
I felt like a new woman as I headed back to my lounger.
There was even table service to the outdoor hot tub so you didn't need to move a muscle, with the staff at the all-weather Bollinger bar on standby. Truly, with the clear blue skies and heatwave, it truly felt like we were on holiday in the Mediterranean, and we truly didn't want to leave.
After a relaxing day in the sunshine, the celebrity treatment didn't stop there as we sat down to make the most of the tasting menu at The Vines restaurant within the hotel. It has just been give three A rosettes, putting it in the top 10% of restaurants around the UK.
The food was all locally sourced and seasonal, and truly gives you an A-lister experience, with incredible service from the staff and the option to do a wine pairing to give yourself the full treat. However, I couldn't resist going for a champagne cocktail (which was around the size of my head) and one that was truly like a lemon dessert in a martini glass. Incredible.
The hotel room themselves are gorgeous too, and I definitely made the most of a stunning view of the hotel's very own lake from my bed. Prices aren't cheap (and I'm sure you can see why), but it is definitely worth it, with prices starting in the winter at XXX. There are 197 rooms to choose from, as well 18 suites if you fancy treating yourself.
After my stay, it is easy to see why this hotel has become a favourite for celebrities, and having had a taste of what it is like to be an A-lister, I don't think they're going to be able to keep me away.
