Carole Middleton is the master of ageless style and has carved out a defining name for herself in the fashion world. She has also equally earned the reputation of being crowned a style icon after donning countless chic outfits.
The 70-year-old is known to step out in looks characterised by elegance and refined tailoring. She often chooses classic silhouettes, soft colours, and floral prints which create a timeless and sophisticated aesthetic. Carole is also known for exquisite taste in understated jewellery and sleek accessories.
Over the years we have seen her step out in striking bold looks and head-turning ensembles – including a vibrant blue outfit for the King’s Coronation back in 2023. Carole has also inspired her daughters, the Princess of Wales and Pippa Matthews, along the way. Princess Kate has been known to take a leaf out of mum Carole Middleton's book when it comes to her jaw-dropping looks and has even borrowed items from her wardrobe.
The Daily Express has taken a look at her best fashion moments and ranked the ensembles.
Carole was pictured here with her son, James Middleton, attending her youngest daughter Pippa Middleton’s wedding. She opted for a pastel colour, which is a similar pale tone that she donned at Princess Kate’s nuptials, 14 years ago – back in 2011. The baby-pink colour is classy and elegant and makes a defining statement. Although it goes without saying that in no way, shape or form did Carole’s look overpower the bride. We also loved the streamlined focus of her hat and the coordinating nude heels and clutch.
