The Easter bank holiday is now underway which means some much needed rest and recuperation is on the cards over the long weekend.
While bank holiday plans may centre around spending time with family and friends, and eating copious amounts of chocolate eggs, some may be looking to use the long weekend to crack on with a few home improvements. With a four-day weekend to make the most of, you might want to use the time to do some painting, gardening, or a bit of shopping to treat yourself to something new for your home.
Dunelm, The Range, Wickes, B&Q and Homebase are the go-to shops for this sort of thing, with a huge array of paints, tools, garden equipment and furniture to browse.
But if you were planning a trip this weekend, make sure you aren’t caught out by the change in opening times over the bank holiday as some shops have reduced hours and full closures on some days.
Listed are all of the opening times you need to know over the Easter bank holiday so you can plan your shopping and spending accordingly.
The Range has confirmed that all of its stores will be open as usual on bank holiday Monday, but says some stores will be closing at 6pm. Shoppers are advised to contact their local store for individual times.
