Danny Dyer is already plotting his next career move, having boldly reached out to Channel 5 executives with a cheeky request to “get in touch”. The straight-talking actor shared his aspirations on the Live And Let Dyers podcast, co-hosted with his daughter, former Love Island star Dani, where he didn't shy away from expressing his desire for a new role in avery famous children's cartoon.

During the podcast, Dani, 28, lamented the challenges of balancing motherhood and her career aspirations, confessing her mind is "constantly on her three kids." Dani's household is bustling with young ones: son Santiago, four, shared with ex Sammy Kimmence, and twin girls Summer and Star, nearly two, with her fiancée, West Ham player Jared Bowen. "I just feel like my brain is full of children's things like (American YouTuber) Miss Rachel, colours and numbers," she added. The conversation took a humorous turn when Dani began discussing some big news about childrens cartoon, Peppa Pig.

"Peppa's mum's pregnant! Mummy Pig is pregnant; it was on the news. They did a big announcement,” she gushed.

Danny quickly chimed in with his trademark banter: "Shout out to Daddy Pig for having a roll about. They can't do that. Mummy Pig's been f**ed? You're f*****g joking."

Danny then tossed in a playful plea to the makers of Peppa Pig: "To the makers of Peppa Pig, can you try and get me in it? I wouldn't mind a little part. I don't know what I'd be. Obviously I'd be like the parent or the grandad of the fox or something, I don't know, but do get in touch."

The fox is known for owning a shop and a van that sells everything from toys to antiques. Fans and followers who caught the episode later on YouTube couldn't hold back their amusement. Reactions ranged from sheer entertainment to enthusiastic endorsement of Danny's potential cartoon cameo.

One viewer remarked: "The Peppa Pig bit ruined me," while another echoed the amusement with several laughing emojis. Another fan gushed: "I would LOVE to hear Danny swearing on Peppa Pig. Maybe they could make a special."

Mummy Pig, Peppa Pig's mum on the beloved British children's cartoon, announced in February that after 21 years as a family of four, she would be welcoming a new piglet.

Mummy and Daddy Pig broke the news to Peppa and George in a new episode on March 31. "OH BABY, The secret's out. Mummy and Daddy Pig are expecting baby #3 ... and are about to be outnumbered," read the post on the Official Peppa Instagram account.

The post includes two photos: the first, of a visibly pregnant Mummy Pig; the second of an ultrasound photo of a tiny, smiling, piglet.

This isn't the first time Danny has shown a penchant for diverse roles, having recently starred in the film Marching Powder, about a drug addict, and appeared in the raunchy Disney+ series, The Rivals.
