Prince Andrew has been seen for the first time after bombshell claims from his accuser Virginia Giuffre she had just "four days to live" following a bus crash.
The Duke of York, 65, was pictured with a female companion looking stern-faced during his weekly horse riding in Windsor. It comes days after Ms Giuffre, 41, made bombshell claims she had suffered serious injuries after a horror crash in Australia.
Ms Giuffre claimed her car had been hit by a school bus and doctors had told her she would be dead within days. She posted on social media: "I won't bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can."
She later said via a spokesperson that the photograph of her with a bruised face and the accompanying post had been posted on Instagram "in error", and was only supposed to be available via a private post online.
A Western Australia Police Force spokesperson at the time said they were aware of a "minor crash'" between a bus and a car in Neergabby, north of Perth, on March 24.
As the crash story made headlines around the world, Ross Munns, the school bus driver involved in the collision, disputed her account of the incident, saying she had "blown [it] out of proportion".
Ms Giuffre has been thrown back into the international spotlight again, and it comes after Prince Andrew was previously forced to pay out a settlement reportedly worth millions of pounds after Ms Giuffre alleged that paedophile Jeffrey Epstein trafficked her across the world to have sex with the prince when she was just 17.
Prince Andrew vehemently denies all allegations made against him. The settlement did not involve any admission of liability on his behalf.
