Lady Gaga's 'Little Monsters' have been in a frenzy this afternoon as tickets to her latest tour, The Mayhem Ball, went on sale. But huge online queues and high ticket prices have left fans with little 'Applause' for the star.

Fans of the Bad Romance singer have complained about tickets costing them as much as £800, and others have reported being in a Ticketmaster queue with more than 100,000 people before them. Even those who managed to get into the queue have reported that the ticket sales platform "crashed", booting them off the site and leaving them feeling that they may never get to see the singer live. One angry fan wrote on X/Twitter: "Ticketmaster is gonna tell me they there were 3.5k people in the queue and a 20k concert was sold out with that spot? And also I know I joined earlier then my friends and got a 14k spot. If that’s not random then idk what is. F**k you @Ticketmaster."

Another user complained: "@famevcr right before Ticketmaster crashed and signed me out how lovely." One more person told Express.co.uk: "I've been in the Lady Gaga queue for half an hour and then saw the only tickets left for the London O2 shows were £450 for tickets right at the back - no thanks!"

Those who miraculously made their way to the front of the queue, were stunned to be hit by "extortionate" pricing, with tickets setting them back hundreds of pounds. One devastated fan wrote: "Somehow got through the Lady Gaga ticket queue to only be met with only nearly £500 tickets. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A NORMALISED TICKET PRICE FOR AN ARENA???" One person added a screenshot of three tickets costing them more than £800, as they captioned it: "I would kill for Gaga but this is not normal," with some crying faced emojis. And someone else complained: "@TicketmasterUK @axs really unimpressed with the price of Lady Gaga tickets. Appalling and pricing normal people out of going to concerts! Sorry @ladygaga but I just can’t justify £418 for a crap view."

Speaking out about this exciting new tour, Lady Gaga said: "I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going. It came together super quickly thanks to Arthur Fogel and the amazing team at Live Nation, who planned a global tour in just a few weeks.

"We chose arenas this time to give me the opportunity to control the details of the show in a way you simply can’t in stadiums—and honestly, I can’t wait. This show is designed to be the kind of theatrical and electrifying experience that brings MAYHEM to life exactly how I envision it. The MAYHEM Ball Tour is officially coming your way. See you soon, monsters."
